Swimming pool safety law. September 2025.

As of September 30, 2025, pool owners will have to comply with a new law requiring all swimming pools (above-ground, semi-inground or in-ground) to be secured with fences, ramps and/or railings. These include a number of technical specifications, including the installation of a minimum height enclosure and maximum spacing.
