This particular project puts the emphasis on exterior construction. Our brief was to enhance and extend the existing living spaces. In the pool area, we built a custom pergola with privacy walls so the family of four could relax in the shade on hot summer days. The pool area was enlarged using large modern slabs from Permacon.
The centerpiece: the new 3-season veranda. Massive and solid, it has a total length of 28 feet and is equipped with motorized awnings. Motorized awnings provide protection from the sun, wind and mosquitoes. During construction, certain modifications had to be made to the rear wall of the house. Our team members are trained and experienced in all types of building work. Finally, the veranda is equipped with recessed lighting, a fan, radiant patio heaters and an outdoor audio system. What more could you want for entertaining family and friends at home?
